By downloading, installing, or using Nexio AI Labs ("the Software"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Software. The Software is published by Nexio Interactive ("we", "us", "our"), operated by Renaud, an individual software publisher.
Upon purchase of a valid license, Nexio Interactive grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual personal license to install and use one (1) copy of Nexio AI Labs on one (1) machine. The license is for personal use only. Commercial use (use within a business or organization) requires a separate commercial license.
Nexio AI Labs allows you to connect to third-party AI services (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, etc.) using your own API keys. Your use of these services is governed entirely by their respective terms of service. Nexio Interactive is not responsible for the availability, content, accuracy, or policies of any third-party AI provider.
Nexio AI Labs stores all project data locally on your machine. We do not collect, transmit, or have access to your projects, conversations, files, or API keys. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Your license includes all minor updates and bug fixes for the major version you purchased. Major version upgrades (e.g. v1.x → v2.0) are paid separately and will be offered to existing license holders at a discounted upgrade price.
The Software is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Software will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements. You use the Software at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Nexio Interactive shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Software, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the license.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Belgium. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Belgium.

Nexio Interactive is committed to your privacy. Nexio AI Labs is designed as a local-first application: your data stays on your machine. This policy explains what minimal data we process and how.
When you purchase a license, payment and order data is processed by our payment provider (Freemius or equivalent). We receive your email address to deliver your license key. We store your email address solely to manage your license (activation, support, updates). We do not sell, share, or use your email for marketing without your explicit consent.
When you activate your license key, the application communicates with our licensing server to verify the key. This involves sending the license key and a machine identifier. No personal browsing data, file contents, or AI usage data is transmitted.
When you use cloud AI providers through Nexio AI Labs, your prompts are sent directly to those providers using your own API keys. Nexio Interactive does not act as an intermediary for this data. Each provider's privacy policy applies to your usage of their services.
This website (nexiointeractive.com) does not use tracking cookies or analytics. No third-party advertising or tracking scripts are loaded.
If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to access, correct, or delete any personal data we hold about you. To exercise these rights, contact us at contact@nexiointeractive.com. We will respond within 30 days.
We retain your email address and license information for as long as your license is active, or as required by applicable law. You may request deletion at any time.

Nexio AI Labs includes a 14-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card is required to start your trial. We strongly encourage you to evaluate the Software thoroughly during the trial period before purchasing.
If you have purchased a license and are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase date, in accordance with EU consumer protection law (Directive 2011/83/EU).
Send a refund request to contact@nexiointeractive.com with your order number. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method. Upon refund, your license key will be deactivated.
